Exhibition Badge Collection

Location: Outside Hall 3B, Hangzhou International Expo Center

Date & Time: Monday, October 20, 2025 | 09:00–18:00 (Beijing Time)

Please ensure that at least one representative from your company collects your exhibitor badges on-site during the above period.

Exhibitor badges do not require any additional registration process and are non-nominative (not assigned to specific individuals). Please note that exhibitor badges do not include conference lunches (for details, please refer to the Exhibitor Manual). The total number of badges allocated to your company can be found in your contract or additional badge purchase records.

Badges are mandatory for access to the exhibition hall during both the setup and exhibition periods, so please keep them safe. Exhibitor badges will not be reissued if lost.
