Registration Fees for Workshops and Tutorials

The Workshops and Tutorials will take place on Monday 20 October and Friday 24 October 2025. The fees below include access for 2 days, even if you would like to participate only for 1 day.

The IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) offers member discount for IROS 2025 through the Member Support Program (MSP), aimed at supporting RAS members (student or non-student) in attending conferences and organizing workshops/tutorials. The MSP support provides registration discount in the following two types:

l Registration Discount for Authors

A registration discount of $240 USD will be provided to eligible RAS members who are authors of accepted papers. This discount is applicable only to the following registration types:

    ● "Conference Only" registration

    ● "Conference & Workshop (Full Registration)"

A total of 525 such discounts will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

l Registration Discount for Workshop/Tutorial Organizers

A registration discount of $240 USD will be provided to workshop/tutorial organizer who are RAS members. This discount is exclusively applicable to the "Conference & Workshop (Full Registration)" type.

· Paper Uploads: To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance (see above). 

· Authors who pay a non-student registration fee (C1, C2, C4) are allowed to upload up to 2 contributions, and student registrations (C3, C5) are limited to one contribution. Submissions can include a full-length paper, or a late-breaking result. Full-length papers must adhere to a six-page limit (US letter size), with the possibility of adding up to two additional pages at a cost of USD 180 per extra page. This page limit includes references, appendices, and all other contents. Registrations are individual and cannot be used to submit a paper if the registrant is not listed as an author of that paper. 

· To attend both the main conference and any workshops or tutorials, you must register separately for each. Entry to the main conference, workshops, and tutorials will be strictly regulated, with access granted only to delegates who possess the appropriate badges or passes. 

· Day Registrations are valid only for non-presenters to join on the main conference days (21-23 October). If you wish to attend the social events, you must buy extra tickets through the registration site.

Methods of Payment

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

a) Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) 

b) Alipay / WeChat Pay / Bank Transfer (for RMB)

*Mainland China participants: If you need an invoice for reimbursement purpose (发票), you need to pay by option b).

Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, please send an email to registration@iros25.org. Any cancellation will incur a fee of USD 50.00 if requested before 20 August 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (note that this is different from PST). Refunds for cancellations requested after this deadline are only granted under extraordinary conditions, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the IROS 2025 Organizing Committee. Approval is at the sole discretion of the committee. Please be advised that failure to obtain a travel visa does not constitute grounds for a refund.

However, the Conference and its representatives may need to change arrangements, schedules, plans, or other details without prior notification due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control. Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Organizers will be held responsible for any losses or inconvenience resulting from these changes. Additionally, we will not be accountable for any financial losses due to delays or unforeseen circumstances. Attendees are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance that also covers personal belongings. The Conference will not compensate for cancellations, theft, or damage to personal items.
