To accommodate the inaugural participation of IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) journals in the IROS 2025 Conference Paper Transfer Program and to ensure seamless system integration, including cross-platform interface verification, code distribution validation, and stress-testing of submission workflows, the deadline for the following journals has been extended to 20 May 2025, 23:59 (PST):
·IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (T-IE)
·IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (T-II)
·IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics (T-MECH)
(Note: This extension applies exclusively to the listed IES journals)
Eligibility:
Papers accepted by IES journals within 12 months prior to submission
Steps:
1.Obtain transfer code from journal editor (sent via email)
2.Submit through PaperPlaza portal
3.Enter code during PDF upload
RAS journal transfers (T-RO, RA-M, RA-L, etc.) maintain the original 1 May 2025 deadline.
Due to unprecedented server breakdown caused by submission traffic congestion during the last minutes, the submission deadline for contributed papers has been extended to March 2, 2025 (23:59 PST).
